Things to keep in mind:

• Don't lie.  You need to fully disclose what you have done or what you think you may have done.  Lying to us will not help the outcome if you get caught and you will likely get caught.
• Use proper, readable grammar.  If you aren't mature enough to type half decently, then you aren't mature enough to deserve a second chance.
• Appeals mentioning "my brother did it" or something remotely related are denied. Ban is to the account, not the real-life person. Do not expect to be unbanned attempting this sort of excuse. Several people have tried to test this. None have succeeded.
• You have to appeal within 14 days of the ban date. This involves your initial appeal; the case may continue afterward.
• UPDATE:If you miss 14 days deadline, your next chance to appeal is after 3 months.
