Confession/Explanation:I didn't know that /w home was ChillyPixel's and AgentToblerone's warp. I was trying to do a /home for the first time and instead i did /w home. I thought it was a part of spawn

So, It was I who made the ban, after being asked to check the area by one of the owners.

So /w home is a warp , not spawn.  I can see how this can be confusing, but there was plenty of signs stating it was a town, not spawn

If it were spawn, that still does not allow you to take items from chests that are not yours, unless the chests are marked so.  this is theft.

there were also multiple times which you removed items :  items are listed below

It has been 4 weeks from the ban, within the timeframe to appeal..    I believe the area was rolled back, but i am not positive if you still have the items listed.

i will need the Admins to rule in on unban.

     >Yes the area was rolled back. From what I seen, You took everything diamond, except the iron sword and shulker shells.
[ /w home ] should have been locked so users could not make that warp. This was the confusion that happened before 2 maps ago.  I locked that warp  the last map and had a little bit of fun moving it around so when users typed /w home, they got a message sign about the difference in commands.

This appeal was started after the 14 days from the ban date. In my opinion at this time, wait until the next window, 3 months, has passed before making a final decision on letting you back on to the server.

2017-July-3, would be the earliest to make a final decision.
